Applying for OCS in February

I am looking forward to applying to Navy OCS at the end of February 2019 and am looking for advice. I want to enter the IP or IW community. I am taking the ASTB/OAR in two weeks, what score would I need on that to be competitive? Below is a list of my career stats and what I will be including in my package:

B.S. Information Technology American Military University (3.95 GPA, fingers crossed that doesn't change after this semester)
1 NAM
Bluejacket of the Year 2017
2 NEC's 2790/2791
2 years AD as IT
Advanced to E-4 last cycle
IW Qualified
MP, EP, EP on last three evals
Excellent on all PRT's
Command ACFL
Community service with the Boy Scouts (300+ hours)
1 LOR from O-5 in IP community
