Age waiver - encouragement or reality check?

    Hey guys, I'm 28 years old with no prior service wanting to go SNA... is the Navy giving out age waivers for top candidates?

    Just looking for someone who's footsteps I can follow to get some encouragement or perhaps just a slap in the face reality check...
