It's a great house......perfect location for Pendleton guys, and worked for Miramar as well, though that was a longer drive of course. Awesome owners (no he didn't put me up to this ) who always looked out for us. Hot tub was money, as well as the built in BBQ that cooked about 80% of our meals......there really is no excuse to not be grilling year-round in SD. Neighborhood is nice and friendly, and close to everything you might want/need aside from Carlsbad/Oceanside bars, which would be a short cab ride home from. I heard a prior tenant was a live goat, so we had no issues with bringing our dog there

Any animals need to be housebroken and CA legal !
(The goat did not work out, unfortunately. He ate all the flowers and kept up a sustained rate of fire at about 200 rpm... the Mrs. was not amused!)
