How was the process of applying for HAP? I learned the value of my house there dropped by about 25 grand and am looking into applying for HAP.

It's a lot of paperwork, but will be worth it if the house sells.

Check eligibility closely.

Must get the benefit before end of fy12, after that no $.

It took me two weeks and a solid ten hours to get the package together to apply. Next step is to get a contract and we'll see where it goes from there.
