Final Selects usually take anywhere between 1-3 months after Pro Rec, sometimes longer if there are problems with getting the background check rolling, or waiver issues. I am still waiting on the April Board Intel results I don't think final selects will be happening anytime soon.

I don't know about SWO-IW, but my recruiter told me that I would not be seen in April for SWO-IP because the community was closed out until July.

The phones are ringing off the hook in every Officer Recruiters Officer across the nation haha. Hopefully Intel results will come out soon, for some reason Intel results are always the last to come out drives me crazy.

Yeah, I have been at this for a lil over 8 months now, and I remember a few from January who had been trying for over 2 years. Still its always hard to stay focused at this part of the month when you know the results could hit you any moment.

From what you stated, you are already are on the path of accomplishing your primary objective, why chance throwing it out the window. Unless you can without a doubt reapply for SNA without losing the the NFO Pro Rec, I would stay the course. Have you asked your recruiter?

Pretty much how I imagine it going down. I'm not too worried about the details, once you send in your Kit everything is out of your hands regardless of how they go about it.

It either means what mjulian posted above or that the board was compelled to give your kit more consideration before deciding your fate, for whatever reason, at the next month's board.

Yeap, 800+. But that is partly because there was no board held in December, it was basically two months worth of applicants. If you cut that number in half its still a huge number relative to the amount of applicants pro rec'd.

When I applied for Intel in January there were over 800 applicants, only 13 selected and 3 of them were fleet applicants. There was maybe 9 Intel Applicants posting their stats on airwarriors or navyocs portal, of those nine, two of us were selected, one fleet applicant, and one civilian applicant.

This seems like a super small board judging by the number of people posting their stats. I bet another Pint of Dogfish Head that there is about 100 lurkers out their not owning up to being seen at this board.
