I think if you read your application carefully, it says Passport OR Certificate. If you have a U.S. Passport issued by the U.S. Department of State in Washington D.C. you are by definition a U.S. Citizen. No other proof is necessary. Good luck to you. Deepsea 31 out.

Not an EP-3 but a pretty bird. A Royal New Zealand Air Force P-3K. I've worked with these folks over the years, and they are quite impressive. A very small, dedicated and professional group. Deepsea 31 out.

A4s, Here's a couple of KA-3 Tanker pictures for you. KA-3B of VAH-2 Det Mike tanks an RA-5C Vigilante of RVAH-5 high over USS Ranger (CVA-61) during their Westpac cruise Aug. 64 - April 65 Deepsea out.

The second VQ-1 EP-3E ARIES II PR-32 (Deepsea 32) BUNO 156511 on vacation in China. As you can see the #1 T-56A engine and prop survived. The Chinese jet wasn't so lucky. Deepsea Three One out.
