Right now, if you are a tac air guy that meets their min hours, are competent, don’t say stupid shit in an interview and are willing to move to one of the locations they are hiring, then your chances are extremely good. Pay is awesome, benefits are good and you are home every night.

Well numbers from last year, I believe were 31less 05 selects for Pers 43 (using a 10 year average). Of those 31, 25 were from the VFA community. They haven’t released numbers for this years board yet.

I know of a couple post DH’s that have not been on a CO screen board yet and their results for O5 are not out yet and they did not get a raise in flight pay.
