Evidently, one of the nearby golfers on the landing fairway was an MD/Surgeon, who helped extricate Ford from the wreckage, and administered first aid prior to arrival of the EMTs. Timely autograph/chat op with one of the great actors of our era!

So reading news media reports, pilots are highly trained people for whom HAPLs/LAPLs are a mere matter of course, yet airports are highly dangerous things, because an airplane could spontaneously crash around them at every minute.
