Zero day +1: still heard nothing, tension beginning to run high, attempting to refrain from inundating my recruiter with texts, but not sure how long I can hold out...

Anyone else from NRD San Francisco that hasn't heard back?

So my husband's recruiter told him that he's in line for a slot at OCS behind 200 other officer candidates. He said that the class size is capped at 50, and a new class is admitted approx. every 3 weeks. He estimates that my husband will get a slot at OCS in September. I'll update if we hear more.

I have called my officer recruiter, NRD Portland, and my command. All of them have said that they have not received any results for this board yet.

They’re lying or they just don’t know lol OR just told me results were released early this morning.

Congrats to everyone on here who got PROREC Y!

Question for the group: did anyone who received PROREC Y submit a letter of qualification from their school's registrar instead of their actual diploma/final transcript?

Asking because my degree confers after packages are due for the November board, but if I wait for the January board then I will have too little time left on my contract to meet the ">90 days out from PRD" requirement. I can get a LOQ from the registrar in time though--Mr. Celestin said that was okay, but I am just wondering if anyone has empirical evidence that the board will still select if I'm just waiting for my degree conferral.

PROREC-Y, SNA. Stats in signature. Congrats to those who made this board, and to those who didn’t: don’t ever give up. It took me a year and a half from getting discharged from OCS to getting picked up by another board. If this is something you’re passionate about, simply never give up and eventually you will succeed.
Spurs up, go Gamecocks
