FY10 STA-21 Applicants gather round!

FY09 STA-21 Pilot Alternate
Naa... I have high hopes for today. If Pensacola was planning on having them out on Friday, today seems like a good alternative. :)
(It will be on here before NPC.)

I concur. Last year once NPC had their hands on the message, it was only a day or two...

FYI, was talking with my ccc, the bol site says there is no longer a 48 hours lead time between bol notification and message release. So when the message pops it should also be available on the commands bol page.

I just got told by the STA-21 desk the results are at Bupers, but still have to go through three different sections of review prior to the being posted (legal, medical, ect...). They added the word they recieved from Bupers makes for a timeline of the results posting around Friday this week, but not to hold them to Friday as a definate day because it might not be until sometime next week.

My point exactly, I guess I am just as frustrated as everyone else on this forum is. I would like to know what the next step in my life is and this waiting is agony.

Well the 'late' results have forced me to go ahead and take orders back to a ship. Fun for me.

I was also wondering with the large amount of people on this site, how many times has everyone subitted thier STA-21 packages? Personally I have 'wasted' 5 years on it.

So how come last week they said that they were at NPC awaiting release?

Someone is just making up stories to get people off of their back... they'll be out when they're released...

You've submitted 5 packages?!

Were you ever an alternate?

I had submitted four packages until I was accepted. Which was the most out of my NSI class. About 60-70% were first year applicants or they had made alternate the first time and made it on their second try.
